I had problems getting the black Friday deal on the gift card, so I reached out to customer service for support. After identifying and correcting an error on the website, I was able to order the cards and receive the Black Friday deal. I appreciated the personal support.

Taxing the gift cards

I was annoyed to find you sales-taxed my gift card purchase.
I'll be further annoyed when my in-store purchase will be taxed again when using the cards.
You lost a big measure of good-will on that one.
And a chunk of my business in the new year.

Great Black Friday Deal

I love Home Run Inn pizza and get gift cards every year. I took advantage of the Black Friday special and my gift cards arrived at my home a few days after ordering along with a nice handwritten note thanking me for my order.
