Love the great buy. But had a little trouble getting the bonus gift card. All turned at well because they sent me the bonus card a few days later after I reported the mistake. HR was very helpful in solving the problem. Can't wait to use them.

Ordered gift card and pizza cutter as aniversary present. Ordering was straight forward and gifts arrived on time. Only downsides were items were shipped separately and personalized note was not included. Overall, satisfied with online ordering through H.R.I.
