Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase!

All items are final sale. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team @ hristore@homeruninn.com or fill out our contact form within 14 days of delivery and we will make things right.

Refunds

If there is a mistake with your order or products arrive defective/damaged, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our Customer Support team at hristore@homeruninn.com, within 14 days of delivery. 

If a refund is issued, please allow 14 to 20 business days for the refund to process. Some refunds may be partial, depending on the nature of the inquiry.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted during normal Monday-Friday business hours 8am-4pm CST, however, we cannot guarantee that the order will be able to be canceled, as orders may ship immediately upon receipt.

In cases where we can process a return to sender, we will provide such service for a 30% restocking fee, which will be removed from the total refund amount.

Address Changes

If an address change is needed, please contact us immediately, as there is a small window of opportunity to make the change prior to the order reaching the shipping process. If your order has already been shipped, your order may still be eligible for an address change. If this change is possible, this will be a one-time courtesy service. Please contact us to see if your order is eligible for an address change: hristore@homeruninnpizza.com.

Please note: Because these items are perishable, refunds will not be issued if items are returned used/opened, returned due to a bad address, or refusal.
