Shipping Policy

Shipping Policies

We ship orders every Monday through Friday using standard shipping services. Orders are delivered usually within 7 days once shipped. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

Customer Service

Please review the checkout page before submission of your order to review the shipping methods available for your items. We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you in accordance with the applicable method selected. All shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Credit Card Failure

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered wrong, the card may have expired, reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. Please double-check your information. If you continue to have problems, please contact our Customer Service team Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM CST through email at hristore@homeruninnpizza.com Please provide any error messages you may have received.

Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship to destinations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, FPO or APO locations.

Taxes

By law, we must charge sales tax in all states where we have a business presence.
