Pizza Crust Ingredients

  • Crust: Wheat flour, water, corn oil, yeast, salt

Baking Instructions

· Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425°F.
· Remove pizza from all packaging. Top pizza with your favorite toppings. Slide pizza off the cardboard disc and position pizza directly onto the middle rack of the preheated oven. (Do not cook pizza with the cardboard disc)
· Bake pizza approximately 14–20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese bubbles. Oven times and temperatures may vary, adjust cooking time as needed.
· Transfer cooked pizza onto cardboard disc, cookie sheet or cutting board. Let rest 2-3 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

Tips! Extra toppings might require longer bake times.

Try something different, use a charcoal grill or gas grill to prepare your pizza!

fabulous crust

Love that I can finally customize my pizza. I wish you guys would sell these crusts in retail stores instead of mail order only for those of us that don't live in the Chicago area

Best Crust ever!!!!

I've been going to HRI for over 50 years. I had my bachelor party there on 31st Street. I'm a North sider, but it was always worth it. I've lived in Mundelein for the past 26 years, but I still make the drive of over 50 miles each way for HRI pizza. I just met some former students of mine who moved to Chicago and they asked where to get great food. I met them at HRI on a Sunday and they loved it. First thing out of their mouths was "This crust is incredible" But the first thing in their mouths was HRI pizza!

BEST pizza crust ever!

Gave this as a gift. Home Run Inn always has the best pizza crust, so Christmas was the perfect time to share it with my brother in California. A taste of home for him. Great taste - Great idea!

Nice crisp thin crust!

Delivered right away, along with a surprise shopping bag that says “Merry Christmas.” I actually ordered it to just make the crust and eat it, the crust has always been my favorite part of pizza.

Home Run Inn Crusts

First off... your packaging and shipping was wonderful!!! The crusts arrived in perfect condition. I've only made one, and it was very nice. It wasn't the same as being there, though... the crust underneath the sauce/toppings wasn't quite as flaky as the real thing. I wouldn't mind a few pointers on how to prepare it next time to get better results.
