Baking Instructions

Classic & Signature Pizzas

1. Remove pizza from all packaging and shrink wrap.
2. Set oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 450°F.
3. Place pizza on middle rack. Do not use a pan or cookie sheet to bake pizza.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until pizza is golden brown.

All ovens cook differently, so be sure to keep an eye on your pizza as it cooks. Pizza is done when the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown. Oven time and temp may vary, adjust as necessary.

Try something different, use a charcoal grill or gas grill to prepare your pizza!

On line pizza is too expensive

Thank God

We were thrilled to go online and see that the original 31st street location will bake them fresh right there, quickly freeze and ship to us in Florida. While everyone else is complaining we are celebrating. My husband always visited the original location back in the day and he quickly found out over the years that no other location, nor the store bought, are as good as the ones baked in the original 31st street ovens! So THANK YOU HRI for shipping these to us, as moving to FL was blemished by 2 things: leaving family and your 31st street place. We made many memories there and now we can eat there again, in FL.

I can't believe you want $92 for 3 pizzas when they are under $10 at my local grocery store. Other customers are saying the same thing but it appears no one at HRI is listening and correcting the ridiculous online pricing.

$92.00,you've got to be out of you're minds.
Is this a marketing test ?
If so, it failed.
Fire you're marketing Director and move on.

Disappointed Relocated Chicagoan

Your pizza is delicious, really enjoy a few of them when I visit town, and usually ship some home as well. Usually I don't mind paying a little more to get products from back home shipped to me (ie. Portillo's, Vienna Beef, Tom Tom Tamales, etc..) but $20 per pie when they are $9 at the store ($7 now on sale).

You really need to evaluate your online pricing. Doing this really has me wanting to not buy your products based on principle alone. I hope to see a change soon.
